Cathy Ledford
Founder & Co-Owner
Cathy Ledford launched her real estate career over two decades ago and is the founder and co-owner of Heritage Home Rentals. She prides herself in offering exceptional service to owners, investors and renters. Cathy separates herself from other property managers who outsource their application process by personally reviewing each application with meticulous detail to ensure we have the right tenants for our homes. She also takes the time to meet our potential tenants at our homes to provide a professional experience for both the owner and the renter. Her goal is to give personal attention to every client and customer and to manage every home as if it were her own. Cathy enjoys traveling and to Scuba Dive, but her favorite activities are working out and running. She runs several races every year including half marathons, full marathons and even ran a 50-mile Ultra Race.
Stuart Ledford
Maintenance Supervisor & Partner
Stuart is the maintenance supervisor and Partner at Heritage Home Rentals. He is a Georgia native and a Veteran of the United States Army. Stuart has been close to construction and building all of his adult life, and during his home building days earned the International Code Councils Builder, HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing Inspector Certifications. His construction and building background make him a perfect partner for property owners looking to improve and maintain their investments. Stuart is an avid wood worker, motorcyclist and enjoys restoring automobiles when time permits.
